When it comes to the company itself it is a pretty okay company to work for, this company offers healthcare, dental, and free vision. The company how ever is super strict on sick leave, vacation, and coming in when it snows.

Oct 7, 2024 · No training, poorly managed, WORST employee morale I’ve EVER experienced and complete lack of respect from owners and managers. Very much like a high school. Positivity will get you nowhere! Impossible to make bonus due to bonus structure and too many people doing the same job. Absolutely NO need for 3 Service Writers.

The work is not too hard if you get trained right and the people who train here are experinced enough to teach well based off of my experince.
