BC is massive. The pros and cons will be dependant on where in BC you're living. Lower Mainland/Fraser Valley has all the big city stuff. They have Ikea and a greater selection of specialty stuff that might not exist anywhere else but is still available online elsewhere. Sometimes it's nice to have a physical store.
