Prism and ATLauncher are both much better than curseforge. GDLauncher is good and loads modpacks from both CurseForge and FTB. Used to use GDLauncher but switched to Prism Launcher a few weeks ago. GD is quite good but Prism is just unarguably fantastic.
The best mod loader is Fabric so just go with that. NeoForge is just a CPR being done on Forge to keep the dead horse kicking and Quilt is not getting the same amount of traction that Fabric is getting. Just a Heads up, there was never "Only Forge", but nobody remembers LiteLoader.

Jun 20, 2016 · GTA V can be modded without replacing any core file, which is, in my opinion, the best practice. Since the launcher works by moving files, it obviously won't work if core files have been modified. For example, if you want to modify vanilla .rpf files, you must keep the original file as it is, and use OpenIV.asi for the game to load the modified version in the "mods" folder.
