Oct 5, 2022 · So currently I am trying to launch the Minecraft launcher twice. I have paid for 2 separate account on Mojang, and I was allowed to open both accounts at one on my laptop. So that I was able to play both at once. But when they switched to Microsoft I no longer can access both accounts at once.

At some point you bought Minecraft Bedrock from Windows store, while logged into your Microsoft account. It could be same username/email as your Mojang account, but those are separate accounts. Just like you can have Apple and Amazon accounts with same ID/email. 3.
So, I clicked on the link that takes you to the Microsoft store on PC, I ensured that my Minecraft account and Microsoft store were the same accounts/email and made sure that Minecraft was still in my purchased games. I then closed the Minecraft launcher and re-opened it via the Microsoft store and waited for it to load up.

Nov 17, 2021 · The first line lists the license limitations per Microsoft account. I see you were asking about accounts programmed into the launcher. Not sure why that was the first thing that popped in my head. So, the new launcher expects you to use the Microsoft dialog and "Switch Accounts". I agree this is cumbersome.
Jan 23, 2024 · Mojang to my knowledge did not substantiate the authority to mass delete non-migrated accounts through informed consent via an EULA update, and even if they updated the EULA, contract law and legal precedent provides all customers an opportunity to read and respond because EULA updates constitute a legal offer of an updated contract, which only becomes valid when the customer agrees.
