A few films I would personally have ahead of Mulholland Drive: Hunger, Children of Men, Parasite, Pan’s Labyrinth. And a few maybes: The Social Network, Get Out, A Separation, There Will Be Blood. I do think Mulholland Drive is top ten, but more likely between 4-10 for me. 🤷🏻♂️
There's almost like an uncanny valley feeling with the storylines themselves, and you're left wondering what is real and what is not. I would probably give this movie a 7/10. Was very difficult to follow and didn't make much sense, but I loved the dream-like quality and haunting soundtrack. My god, the music!
