  4. A few films I would personally have ahead of Mulholland Drive: Hunger, Children of Men, Parasite, Pan’s Labyrinth. And a few maybes: The Social Network, Get Out, A Separation, There Will Be Blood. I do think Mulholland Drive is top ten, but more likely between 4-10 for me. 🤷🏻‍♂️

  5. Mulholland Drive is definitely worth watching just to see and try and figure out all the metaphors that DL is trying to portray. But then I watched this person's take on the movie (hint it takes over an hour to explain) and I realized that I hadn't even scratched the surface of what this critic believed is happening in the movie.

  6. Mulholland Drive actually pulls this off in my opinion and, as a result, the end product ends up breaking most of the "rules" of a movie. In addition to the dreamlike ending sequence, i love the scene with the woman singing in the theater, the terrifying monster behind the dumpster, the hilariously botched hit-job, and Naomi Watts in general.
