Mulholland Drive was shot on 35 mm film using Panavision Panaflex Platinum cameras and has been newly scanned (by Criterion and Studiocanal in a joint venture) and restored under the watchful eye of director David Lynch and DoP Peter Deming, from the original camera elements, to form a 4K DI from which this UHD is sourced.

  2. It's noticeably better. Any and all versions of Mulholland Drive are worth it. Unreal film. If you have a large enough and high quality television, I think you will appreciate the difference.
