These films don’t have a straightforward plot, but plants clues that the audience has to pay attention to pick up on. Both films have confusing third acts which don’t mean much upon first viewing, but dissecting the clues all the pieces start to fit together and click, offering explanations and, for me, a very satisfying experience.
