No. Free EU Roaming is only available with SIMs for your phone currently. If you have a pay monthly SIM with O2 for your tablet, it will only work in the UK. Your UK data allowance applies in our Europe Zone, subject to 25GB limit if your UK data allowance is over 25GB.
