The open air school tradition is still continuing. Classes are held in the shade of trees. Patha Bhavana is right in the heart of Visva Bharati campus. Unfortunately, visitors are not permitted inside the campus when classes are in progress. You can visit after hours or on holidays.

In 1965, a dream took shape as Patha Bhavan School, a haven for learning founded by visionary educationists. Rejecting the rigid path of exams, our aim was to cultivate a fun, open environment where children thrive in art, music, literature, and science and would be able to express creatively through pencils, crayons, paints, the performing arts and literary pursuits.
