The SCND degree option is available at Penn State Altoona, Penn State Erie, and Penn State Harrisburg. This option admits students who have successfully completed a bachelor's degree in another discipline to the Nursing major through a competitive Entrance to Major Review process. Fayette near Morgantown has a good four year program for nursing. Altoona campus is pretty good as well! If I were you-i wouldve originally gone community then swap to university for nursing. At least, because adn-to-bsn/a lot of places are willing to pay for nurses to get a bsn.
