Ranger is probably the best single target option for damage if you’re not trying to worry about too much, basically the only mechanic you would have to worry about is ammunition which is not too big. Ranger also allows you to easily attack from range which makes dodging etc easier.

Ranger has a fairly stable progression with average defense and literally average dps, the weapons look cool tho. Mage, very cracked dps throughout the game but also very low defense. Prepare to have a 3000€ pc or you will lag alot from the weapons.

Sep 8, 2022 · Yes, Ranger is one of the strongest classes if built correctly. The class itself revolves a lot around movement so if you can't dodge the attacks, Ranger isn't going to feel good for you and I suggest swapping to melee.
