Reserve pay is only 85%, it has very little job security, and won't help you retire very much when you get older, and as someone mentioned a lot of the leadership is piss poor. Use it as a second job, extra money for school or until you graduate, but try not to turn it into a career and get stuck in that rut.

All pay rates are exclusive of any allowances, allotments, or deductions which may be applicable to specific occupations, appointments or entry plans. Depending on if you are serving full-time (Regular Force) or part-time (Reserves), you will be paid at either a monthly or daily rate respectively.
