Bad: Shea Heights, cashin avenue, most apartment buildings owned by killam reit, freshwater/crosbie road, Any house that is very close to the uni will be expensive and usually shitty. Middle: downtown can be it or miss. parking is hard, but there are really great houses with personality. Noisey in spots.
