It does depend what you are studying. SFU has one of the best urban programs in the country and has a campus right in Vancouver. I loved that, but I will say if you are looking for that traditional university experience, UBC may be more for you. You can even do some of the Urban SFU programs while at UBC. 9.
Nonsense. There are student bars, student parties, student-directed liquor stores, drug dealers who sell to students, probably a strip club or two, and a lake. And a good university. Sounds like a great place. Go look up the best party schools in Canada and the US. Most are in small towns.
