Citizen Sleeper is a narrative game inspired by TTRPGs. Become a sleeper, an android refugee who has escaped to a lawless space station. It’s been more than a year since Citizen Sleeper released, and the response has been incredible; from players' personal stories to award ceremonies. And now, in announcing a sequel, Guillaume, Amos, and myself are about to embark on another journey.
Citizen Sleeper 2: Starward Vector will take you to a new location, put you in the declining body of a new Sleeper, and once again ask you to build a life for yourself among the stars. But this time you have a ramshackle ship and a crew you’ve recruited, both of which need you to steer them through a system-wide crisis.
I’ll be once again drawing on the freedom and flexibility of TTRPGs, the change and chaos of dice and the sense of foreboding and progress a slowly filling clock creates, but also bringing fresh ideas, characters and systems into the mix.

Jump Over the Age is a one-person game development studio founded by Gareth Damian Martin (they/them). Gareth is the winner of GDCA and Indiecade awards, and has been nominated for a Games Award, multiple IGF Awards, a GDC Award, and four BAFTAs. They have been named both “An accomplished world-builder” (Edge Magazine) and “one of the most exciting indie talents around” (Eurogamer).
For Citizen Sleeper 2: Starward Vector Gareth is once again joined by renowned comic book artist, Guillaume Singelin and celebrated composer, Amos Roddy - the same exceptionally talented development team responsible for Citizen Sleeper’s moving narrative, eye-popping art and immersive music and sound.
