Yona of the Dawn is really good. You might also enjoy Gosick and Vampire Knight. Yona gets compared to Shirayuki a lot because they aired relatively close to each other and have women with red hair as main characters in a medieval (+fantasy for Yona) setting. Fairly different beyond that though.
