Yes he is still broken. I’ll list some of the good/insane things he has: Incredibly disjointed 6S that covers half the screen and combos into night raid vortex on counterhit. This 6S can also be used to Kara cancel, which is important for Kara Clean Hit DPs and Kara Fafnirs.
