not broken but definitely op. His normals are just good and he has a great tool for pretty much everything (seriously his 5k is 3f, an anti air and a combo starter) and pretty favorable risk reward. The only characters that come close for me are chipp and millia, especially chipp because he has fast + safe offense and a meterless dp.

He definitely is the best character in the game, I think the interesting thing to see will be if he becomes more OP as the meta develops or if other characters will catch up. His ease of use is definitely very high due to how good his normals are and how his damage output is but I'm wondering if he'll get even more insane as people play him ...
Sol is still good and viable, but just from my personal experience, his pressure and combos aren't as fun as they used to be. You can still get really cool looking stuff with high damage, especially in the corner, but all my favorite midscreen stuff is gone now.
