A Quiet Place is a fantastic thriller that was so innovative and unique when it first came out, and it’s about a young family who lives in silence to avoid mysterious alien creatures that hunt by sound. If you’ve seen Bird Box or The Silence(also on Netflix), it’s quite similar, but way better in my opinion! There are two major sequences—a stunner in a mirror dimension in which Spidey fights Strange, and the climactic one—but it's also filled with expertly rendered minor action beats throughout.
