Jun 29, 2023 · The Stroke of Unknown Cause Clinic (SOCC) at St. Michael’s is a specialized program for patients who’ve had a stroke where the cause is not known. It addresses a problem Dr. Atif Zafar noticed in the way stroke care is delivered in Ontario: Patients wait a long time to see their specialists.
