Sep 16, 2024 · Unfortunately, the epic ride did not open with the grand opening of either Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge in Disneyland on May 31 or Disney World on August 29. Those were “Phase 1” of Galaxy’s Edge. Instead, Rise of the Resistance opened during the “Phase 2” part of Galaxy’s Edge.

Oct 17, 2023 · One new positive change Disney has made since reopening is multiple ‘drop times’ for Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance virtual queue boarding passes. You can join the Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance virtual queue at 7 am or 1 pm via the My Disney Experience app.

Jan 19, 2020 · In general, it seems that Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance is off to an even rockier start at Disneyland than at WDW. Both of the first two evenings have had prolonged downtimes, leading to very few groups making it through towards the end of the night.
