Superfly is mostly a sandbox game, but there's lots of stuff to do. The Story Mode has 8 powers to unlock, 3 giant bosses to fight, and 16 optional sidegrades to unlock, mix, and match. Unlocking powers and sidegrades requires collecting gears that spawn around the map, and defeating bosses gives you a giant pile of gears all at once.
The graphics quality on Quest 2 and PCVR is similar, but not exactly the same. The Quest's graphics card is really really bad at transparency and post-processing, so the Quest version has lower quality particle effects, transparent objects, and has removed some post-processing filters like bloom.
