Is Arrow worth watching? No. If you must, only the first 2.5 seasons are any good. Just realize that CW Arrow heavily rips off the Batman mythos, because DC is too greedy/gutless to put Batman on TV as an action series. Also, there's nothing about the first two seasons I would describe as campy.
