I've never thought of haunted house as a kids game but from what I've read and seen on the internet it looks good. I've thought about freeway a few times , most the Activision games are awesome on the 2600.

  2. Nov 9, 2019 · I agree that Maze Craze is a great game for kids, even if only one person is playing, if you are playing the variation just trying to get through the maze. Circus Atari is funny and little kids laugh when they play it. Frogger is pretty simple in concept to understand. The alternate Activision Freeway is fine too. Memory Match might be good, too.

  4. May 13, 2012 · My kid (4) likes Maze Craze, Outlaw, Combat (which is a little tough for him.) Video Olympics is another good choice, particularly the Basket Ball mode. Berzerk, Basic Math/Fun with numbers, Codebreaker, Pitfall, River Raid, Flag Capture are good choices for older kids. And you cant go wrong with Space Invaders and Ms Pac Man.

Dec 13, 2023 · Normally, this is a good point, but where the Atari 2600+ separates itself from what’s being offered by other mini console manufacturers is that this plays games with actual Atari 2600 cartridges. That’s right, there’s no pre-loaded games on this thing at all. To my surprise there’s not even any kind of menu interface or anything.
