- The New Testament Was Written Shortly After the Events it Records. Once you have established that our Bibles contain reliable copies of what was originally written, you may find it necessary to provide evidence that the originals were accurate to begin with.
This does not mean it is unreliable. Rather, it has facts that have yet to be confirmed or are impossible to confirm. However, it is totally fair to expect the Bible to be accurate where it is able to be checked. In this aspect, the Bible's reliability truly shines.
