The books detail a modern rags-to-riches story and an addictive mystery. By no means is this book revolutionary, but regardless, it is super enjoyable and the character development throughout the series is great to read.
The Inheritance Games is a Young Adult novel which focuses on down-on-her-luck high school student, Avery. The book is a combined Rags to Riches and Quest plot when Avery, who has lost her mother and is living in her car, find herself inheriting billions of dollars from a stranger.
