Confused by "The Platform" ending - Contains a spoiler. SPOILER. Why was the child the message to be sent back up? What would even change once the girl was seen by level 0 workers? I honestly have no clue what most of the movie was about in the sense of "breaking the mechanics" of the pit/platform.

Oct 2, 2024 · Now, there’s no way to tell if Trimagasi’d actually killed and cannibalized someone for survival, but when Trimagasi and Goreng wake up on level 171, it sure looks like the old man is capable of the worst. The platform comes down empty on these levels.
