  5. Nov 13, 2016 · As always, "worth it" is a personal choice. If the air is clear and the mountain is out (meaning you can see Mt Rainier), then the views are fabulous. In December, you might get one of those incredibly crisp clear days or you might get rain & clouds. If it's overcast / cloudy / rainy, then my vote is that the Space Needle is not "worth it."
