Recently saw Deer Hunter for the first time. After the movie ended, my mind kept spinning between totally different feelings and thoughts in a way no movie has done before. It seemed like an odd mishmash of ideas, but somehow it worked. I honestly am not sure if the Russian Roulette stuff made a lot of sense. The concept was bizarre.
