UAB is out of touch with the industry (speaking for the Electrical and Computer Engineering department). Their math department is ass. As someone who graduated with a business degree, I really enjoyed it. The collat career center is great, professors were awesome and accessible when needed.

My freshman year was a rocky start, I missed home dearly and had trouble making friends. UAB, provided a safe and secure home for me, once I started meeting new people.
