I work admin in an office on campus, and in terms of employers, UVic really takes the cake for me! If you have documentation for your injury, you could also work with HR to get some accommodations. Pretty much every job on campus is unionized and if you are qualified for the job they must make accommodations for you.

Depending on how many hours you need and how flexible you can be, I found working as a casual on campus is pretty good. The ones I’ve worked for have been the best when it comes to working around my class schedule. But the downside is the hours can be pretty variable so if you NEED a job to pay for essentials, might not be the best option.
