   Is UVic a good place to get a job?

   • Oppurtunities: UVIC has a very famous CO-OP program, so your opportunities are not being hindered by anyone by yourself. Many profs there would be ecstatic to help you on a side project as well (That's the vibe i get from some of them). There are many career fairs, hackathons, and events like Battle Snake around Victoria and Vancouver.
