May 31, 2024 · Sky trouncing Virgin Media in terms of customer service and complaint numbers only adds to the feeling that Virgin Media seems to have slipped a long way from Front Street. Still, its extremely fast broadband is available to a whole lot more homes than any other provider offering similar speeds, and its TV offering, opportunity to bundle O2 SIMs, and sheer value for money remain compelling.
