It seems recently freedom's changed the vowifi registration and all initial requests go to vowifi.authenticateme.ca. and then to myccount.freedommobile.ca/dashboard/wifi-registration. For the people they have problems registering for wifi calling I believe they can access the address directly and receive the test message (the first time).
