Good team :) nothing here you really HAVE to change. Chi yu is kinda awkward here, like you hinted. If you want a caly S counter, RS urshi would be a good option. With rain (or water tera) and scarf it outspeeds and OHKOs Caly S, long as it doesn’t tera grass/electric but that’s not exactly common or meta.

Coaching Moveset & Best Build
Zamazenta effectively fulfills a supportive role thanks to a great selection of support moves, good defenses and an Ability that complements these defenses. This Pokemon is an excellent fit for defensive teams.
Zamazenta is often good to lead with thanks to its sizeable bulk. It is also a good switch-in to resisted moves. Making sure it doesn't get Taunted or hit with a super-effective special attack can ensure that Zamazenta sticks around long enough to support its teammates.

Incineroar can easily drop Flare Blitz and rely on Knock Off to do the little chip it needs, whereas defensively it benefits half your team, Rillaboom, Whimsicott, and Zamazenta all very much wanting that Fire resist, and Urshifu-R in the rain is an offensive titan.
It could work on a more bulky-slow paced style of team but I prefer using it on balance since Zamazenta has a lot more going for it than things like Kommo-o/Registeel/Goodra-H because of its immediate +1 defense, high speed and great typing.
