Warning: Sorel Boots. Just a warning for everyone, I bought Sorels a couple years ago thinking they were THE boots to buy for Canadian winter. crack them out on a cold snowy day and they work great. Well, the sole just started separating from the upper. No worries, figured they had a great warranty.
Sorel is gone. It's Columbia now. I had an older pair of Sorel polar boots that were incredible. I ordered another pair for an even higher price recently and they were way less thick, with thin crappy insulation, and your feet get cold faster than Walmart boots. They wouldn't take them back after I wore them once to try them out.
