Jul 28, 2022 · I used Kijiji exclusively for like 10 years. I'm not unfamiliar with buying and selling on Kijiji. From my recent experience, Facebook kind of took it over. It's a no brainer to sell on Facebook when my ad will get 600-1000 views compared to sub 100 on Kijiji.

Besides Kijiji, where can I pick up/buy old CRT TVs in Edmonton? There's a specific model of Sony Trinitron TV that I'm looking for, but it seems that Value Village, etc. don't carry them anymore. I've checked the Reuse Centre (south-side) as well and I haven't had much luck with Kijiji so far.

Mar 24, 2024 · So I’d say these days it’s 70/30 marketplace/kijiji, but the more specialty you get the more it leans kijiji. Also a bit of Nextdoor, mostly for low value and very local items and giveaways And of course there’s always eBay if you’re not going local.
Dec 22, 2022 · Everyone dumps on GoAuto, but unless you get lucky on Kijiji (by filtering thru the false ads, fake sellers, and wholesalers) GoAuto is kinda the only option for vehicles under 10000 dollars. But, if your budget is larger, or you’re fine with financing, definitely go to a dealership.
