Frank Konigsberg (March 10, 1933 – November 12, 2016) was an American lawyer, television producer and agent. He became the second largest shareholder of ICM Partners , and he subsequently served as the president of Telepictures .

In 1989, The Konigsberg/Sanitsky Company, along with rival telemovie producers Von Zerneck/Sertner Films, Leonard Hill Films, The Steve Tisch Company, The Avnet/Kerner Company, Michael Jaffe/Spectacor Films, Steve White Productions and Robert Greenwald Productions launched Allied Communications Inc. whereas they want to distribute its product on its own, produced by these respective companies.

The company is the distributor on made-for-TV movies and miniseries, produced by Konigsberg and Sanitsky. It was acquired by Pearson Television in 1997. In 1994, both Konigsberg and Sanitsky part ways, the former is starting its own company as an affiliate of ACI, and the latter signed with CBS to become executive vice president.
