Mar 3, 2023 · Look no further, it is what we specialize in here at LoFi Weekly. We put together a chord progression with some classic synthesizer emulators using the Arturia V bundle. After eq’ing and giving them a warm, lo-fi texture we ran them through the Akai S950 and SP-1200. You’re going to have a field day with these lofi hip hop samples! 🏑
A really good album that I like which might not be completely lofi hip hop is “Fear and Loathing in Beats” a collective artist album by radiojuicy. It is more of downtempo/trip/chill hop but still shows a ton of lofi aspects and is a hell of a ride.

Look at his Spotify stats hes earning millions. bsd.u, jinsang, nk music, eevvee, and tomppabeats are my favorite lofi artists. However I get a lot of inspiration from bonobo, the cinematic orchestra, badnadnotgood, Flying lotus, tokimonsta, and Mad Lib. And obviously Jdilla.

Jul 7, 2021 · I'm not 100% knowledgeable on the difference between LUFS & RMS, but I know the values are relatively close, so I've been mastering my tracks to: (approx) -10 dB LUFS / RMS for Hip-Hop tracks with vocals. (approx) -13 dB for Hip-Hop/LoFi/Chillhop etc. instrumentals.
