Lewis; Mary’s sister, Sarah Anna (Lewis) Williams; her husband, Edward A. Williams; and their daughters, Florence Rebecca Morgan and Harriet E. Pinkney.
Nov 6, 2023 · When he wasn’t working, Latimer spent time with his family. Along with his wife, Mary Wilson, and two daughters, Latimer attended a Unitarian church. A true renaissance man, Latimer painted, wrote plays and poems, and played the violin and flute.
Latimer was married to Mary Wilson in 1873, and they had two children. He was also a brilliant poet and playwright, who also painted and played the flute. His poems were published as Poems of Love and Life. Latimer was one of the founding members of the First Unitarian Church of Flushing, New York.
