Nov 30, 2018 · Has anybody managed to deploy Minecraft Education from the Windows Education store, preferably using SCCM? I've tried with the offline installer, just extracting the files and following the Application wizard with an "appxbundle". It seems to install but when you try and run it you get "File system error" on the PC.

I downloaded the education version from here - Download | Minecraft Education Edition and then ran the powershell script to install manually - used a classroom management solution to control all the machines at the same time. It's too large to deploy via GPO (i've found) so better to do it in one hit as an admin account.

Nov 2, 2016 · Has anyone managed to get the legacy Java version of MinecraftEdu working on Windows 10? By MinecraftEdu I mean the TeacherGaming version, before Microsoft bought it out to create Minecraft Education Edition. We bought the licenses outright for this just before they got bought out by Microsoft, timing huh!
