   Mar 4, 2018 · The course has everything packed smack in the middle of residential Mount Maunganui, it is testing and can be sneaky long. I found the fairways very wet, not sure if its because of over watering or standard winter conditions, the fairways were still nice to hit off and you could generate lots of spin, the greens were good and had a nice roll on them.
