Founded in 2003, Toronto Muddy York is Canada’s oldest inclusive rugby club and is a prominent member of Toronto’s LGBTQ2+ community.
Established in 2003, we are a 40-member club that completes competitively in the Toronto Rugby Union against predominantly straight teams throughout the GTA. The club provides a welcoming environment for members of all skill levels, from absolute novice to seasoned player.
More than anything, Muddy York is an inclusive community where you can come as you are and have a place in the team. Off the pitch, you’ll foster friendships through organized and impromptu events like rugby watch parties, beach days, picnic afternoons, and karaoke nights.
