All Qashqai trims use a 2.0L four-cylinder engine that makes 141 horsepower and 147 lb-ft of torque, mated to an automatic continuously-variable transmission (CVT). The base S trim starts with front-wheel drive (FWD) but can be optioned to all-wheel drive (AWD). The SV and SL trims are AWD only.
