  2. Thai food is a tough market to enter in Houston--there is some very good competition in this city. However, Som Boon has managed to stand out and become a go-to on my list! We ordered the Chicken Pad Thai, Chicken Panang Curry, and Pad Ka Praw Rib Eye. All three dishes were incredible--full of flavor and pleasantly spicy.
