My Service Canada Account (MSCA) is a secure online portal. It allows you to access services for Employment Insurance (EI), Canada Pension Plan (CPP), Canada Pension Plan disability, Old Age Security (OAS), Social Insurance Number (SIN) and Canada Apprentice Loan.
If you already have an existing account, choose an option to sign in:

3. If you're having trouble with your account you should contact webmaster@ openstreetmap.org for assistance. Make sure you indicate the email address you used when you signed up. I registered (using OpenID) for an account at openstreetmap.org and I did not get any errors, but I never received a "welcome" email.
