I use Ouibus all the time. Mainly to get to and from Paris to be with my girlfriend, but occasionally we get the Ouibus to and from Nancy as well. I have rarely had a problem. Booking tickets is easy, and modifying your journey time and date is easy with the Ouibus app. The drivers are always friendly and helpful.

The city of Paris is very well served in terms of Ouibus. More than 11 points of departure are scattered throughout the French capital, including Paris Bercy station, Porte d'Orléans and Porte Maillot, but also Roissy Charles-de-Gaulle airport and Orly airport.
Whether you are travelling from Lyon Perrache or Lyon Part-Dieu, you can go anywhere in France and Europe.
Leaving from Lille opens Benelux's doors. You will find your meeting point right in front of the Lille-Europe train station, Boulevard de Turin.
The Ouibus arrives at 12h10 but has a 4h30 traveling time in a bus less confortable than the train. But yes 45 min difference. I would not opt for the Flixbus from Bercy since it's a 5h45 trip !
