Feb 14, 2023 · Police say the woman was walking her dog in Lordshill when she was approached by Philip Packham. The 69-year-old is said to have followed the woman and stroked her hair. This continued until the victim returned home. Packham then reportedly exposed himself to the woman and sexually assaulted her over her clothing. Packham them left the area.
