Rhonda Smith-Banchero (née Smith; born May 1, 1973) is an American former basketball player. She played college basketball for the Washington Huskies where she graduated as the school's all-time leading scorer with 2,948 points and was inducted to the Husky Hall of Fame in 2004.
She became the first player in school history to be a WNBA draft pick when the Sacramento Monarchs selected her in the third round of the 2000 WNBA Draft. Rhonda’s professional WNBA spanned several seasons while playing for the Seattle Reign, Portland Power, and Sacramento Monarchs.
